Hours: 11 Day Fortnight | 10 Hours Per Day
Rates: Paid in line with Blue Book Agreement
- Basic Pay: £23.45 per hour + holidays
- OT1: £32.83 per hour
- OT2: £42.21 per hour
- Accommodation: £53.39 per day or hotel provided
- Bonus: £2.37 per hour
- Travel: £2,757.45 per week
70-hour working week including lodge and bonus.
Our client is currently seeking experienced Rigger Erectors for a long-term industrial new build project based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project with consistent hours, competitive rates, and long-term work available.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out lifting, rigging, and erection activities in line with site procedures and lift plans
- Installing and positioning structural steelwork, pipework modules, and mechanical equipment
- Using lifting equipment including chain blocks, tirfors, slings, shackles, and hoists
- Reading and interpreting lifting plans, engineering drawings, and site specifications
- Assisting crane operations and ensuring safe movement of loads across site
- Conducting pre-use inspections of lifting gear and equipment
- Working closely with crane operators, supervisors, and other trades to complete installation activities
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
