The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Project / Site Administrator to work on a large industrial site in Cauldon, Staffordshire. The role involves day to day project administration and duties will include:
- Using all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of all construction activities, including budgets, timelines, and materials used.
- Checking time sheets and invoices.
- Ensuring all project programmes, plans, health, safety and environmental paperwork are up to date.
- Handling all incoming calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing mails and emails, scheduling meetings, photocopying and filing, etc.
- Liaising between Site Manager and Italian sub contractors.
Requirements:
- CSCS / CCNSG
- Good Italian (written and verbal)
- Experience with Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience on construction / industrial sites is an advantage.
