The Client: One of the UK's largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
The Role: Working on a residential apartment block, the ideal candidate will have a background in Pipefitting, completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas. Prior experience working with the below is essential:
- Drilling 40mm holes through existing walls
- Fit timber batons for incasement
- Fix pipe supports and pipework
- Air test pipe and fit insulation
- Fit incasement covers
Required Experience:
- Fitting Crimp-fit
- Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
- Thermal Pipework Insulation
- Kingspan Kooltherm
All Person Must Have:
- CSCS with trade
