The Role
- Working from drawings and cutting, bending and threading carbon and stainless pipework and valves
- Cutting, threading, and bending carbon and stainless steel pipework
- Assembling and installing piping systems, including fittings, valves, and supports
- Testing piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment
- Repairing or replacing damaged pipes, valves, or fittings
- Following all health and safety policies
Requirements
- CCNSG card
- NVQ Level 3 and above/ City & Guilds qualification in Pipe Fitting trade
- Experience of working on industrial sites i.e. power stations, refineries, steelworks
