Overview: Over 38 Hrs Mon-Fri and Sat am: £26.75/hr
The Role: Our client has a requirement for an additional Industrial Electrician to work on a major industrial site near Norwich. Duties will include:
- Working from engineering drawings including P&IDs
- Installation, isolation and reinstatement and associated construction testing of electrical equipment, including glanding and termination of cables into non-Ex rated equipment
- Installation of electrical items, cables, conduit, cable tray, junction boxes, panels
- Carry out duties in accordance with health and safety legislation
- Raising applicable Permit to Work (PTW) in order to complete workscope in a controlled and safe manner
- Undertaking appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete workscope in a safe and controlled manner
Qualifications:
- ECS/CCNSG card
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
- Technical qualifications with applicable electrical background - City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / SJIB / JIB AM2
- 18th Edition
- 2391 certificate is an advantage
- IPAF card
