Integrate Resources Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, working on the prestigious HS2 Infrastructure Project in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark UK development, with a focus on civils and reinforced concrete works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conducting valuations and agreeing on variations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks and cost implications.
  • Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

  • SMSTS
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civils and reinforced concrete sectors.
  • Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their administration.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Based in or near Northampton to qualify as a local candidate.
