Fabricator / Workshop Operative – Aluminium Fabrication St Helens £21.50 per hour inc holiday pay 6–8 Week Contract (Immediate Start) 8–10 Hour Days + Overtime Available We are currently recruiting experienced Fabricators / Workshop Operatives for a busy workshop-based project in St Helens , specialising in the fabrication of aluminium housings and boxes. This is an excellent short‑term opportunity offering competitive hourly rates and plenty of hours for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities Fabrication of aluminium housings and enclosures to specification Operating workshop machinery including: Guillotines Press brakes / folders / bending machines Use of hand tools for assembly and finishing Tacking components together ready for coded welders Reading and working from technical drawings Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Requirements Proven experience in fabrication (aluminium preferred) Experience operating guillotines, press brakes, or similar machinery Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable and able to work to deadlines What's on Offer Competitive rate of £21.50 per hour Long working days (8–10 hours) with overtime available Immediate start Short‑term contract with potential for extension depending on workload #J-18808-Ljbffr
