Position: Plater Welder
Location: Middlesbrough
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 2-3 months
Shifts:
- Dayshift: Monday - Friday plus weekend rotation (Mon to Thurs 9.5 hours, Friday 6)
- Nightshift: Monday - Thursday (11.5 hours) / Sunday optional
PAYE Pay Rates:
- Blue Book Grade 5:
- Basic Days: £19.11/hr + Hol Pay
- Basic Nights: £24.17/hr + Hol Pay
- O/T 1: £26.75/hr
- O/T 2: £34.40/hr
- £2.37/hr Bonus
- £0.75/hr Cost of Living Bonus
- Travel & Fare / Radius £43.27/day lodge allowance
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for additional Plater on behalf of our client for a major refinery in Southampton. Duties will include:
- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Repairing heat distorted steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
- MMA welding on mild steel plate
Requirements:
- CCNSG card
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification
- Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
