Position: Plater Welder

Location: Middlesbrough

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 2-3 months

Shifts:

  • Dayshift: Monday - Friday plus weekend rotation (Mon to Thurs 9.5 hours, Friday 6)
  • Nightshift: Monday - Thursday (11.5 hours) / Sunday optional

PAYE Pay Rates:

  • Blue Book Grade 5:
  • Basic Days: £19.11/hr + Hol Pay
  • Basic Nights: £24.17/hr + Hol Pay
  • O/T 1: £26.75/hr
  • O/T 2: £34.40/hr
  • £2.37/hr Bonus
  • £0.75/hr Cost of Living Bonus
  • Travel & Fare / Radius £43.27/day lodge allowance

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for additional Plater on behalf of our client for a major refinery in Southampton. Duties will include:

  • Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
  • Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
  • Repairing heat distorted steel plate
  • Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
  • MMA welding on mild steel plate

Requirements:

  • CCNSG card
  • NVQ / City & Guilds qualification
  • Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
