We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee and lead the health, safety, and environmental initiatives on a large-scale industrial project. The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and implementing effective HSE management systems. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to protect the workforce and the environment while ensuring project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE management plan.
- Provide guidance and leadership to ensure a safe working environment across all project phases.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement, training, and consistent communication.
- Advise project leadership on HSE-related issues, risks, and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

Qualifications and Experience:
