We are looking for an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor to oversee works on a construction project in E16, London.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising demolition works
- Strong understanding of demolition methods and site procedures
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience coordinating site operatives and subcontractors
- Ability to read and follow risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to lead a team effectively
- Valid CSCS card and relevant supervisory qualifications
Duties:
- Supervise day-to-day demolition activities on site
- Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and equipment
- Ensure work is completed safely and in line with project requirements
- Monitor compliance with RAMS and site health and safety procedures
- Carry out site inspections and address any safety concerns
- Liaise with site management and other trades
- Monitor progress and help ensure work is completed to programme
- Maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment
