Role Overview
We are looking for highly skilled Coded TIG Pipe Welders to join a flagship new build power generation project in London. This role offers long-term stability, premium rates, and the opportunity to work on technically demanding pipework.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding of carbon and stainless steel pipework
- Welding to approved procedures and site specifications
- Working from isometric drawings and weld maps
- Ensuring all welds meet QA/QC and inspection standards
- Carrying out weld preparation and visual inspections
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Requirements
- Valid TIG welding codings (6G preferred)
- Proven experience welding pipework on power generation or similar industrial projects
- Strong ability to read isometric drawings
- CCNSG/ACE card
- Willingness to undertake on-site weld tests
- Right to work in the UK
