Due to recent project wins, our client is looking to recruit an additional Site Supervisor / Manager to manage a materials handling maintenance and installation project on Liverpool Docks. The role will involve planning, coordinating and managing the mechanical works, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and in line with health, safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the CDM programme on site
  • Delivering the project within timescales and budget
  • Responsibility for permits and RAMS
  • Signing off and issuing permits to work
  • Ensuring work is delivered within health and safety guidelines
  • Effectively communicating with client and internal stakeholders
  • Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
  • Attending and running site meetings
  • Managing site inductions

Requirements:

  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • First Aid certificate
  • Experience of managing mechanical installation projects
  • Excellent communication, organisation, planning, problem solving and team work skills
