Due to recent project wins, our client currently has requirements for an additional Site Manager. The work will be on an existing food factory and will involve managing a pipework installation project.
Duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the CDM programme on site
- Delivering the project within timescales and budget
- Responsibility for permits and RAMS
- Ensuring work is delivered within health and safety guidelines
- Effectively communicating with client and internal stakeholders
- Resolving any issues quickly and effectively
- Attending and running site meetings
- Managing site inductions
Requirements:
- CSCS black card / SMSTS
- Experience working on industrial construction / maintenance projects
- Previous pipe fitting / pipe welding background an advantage
- Relevant IT skills including the use of company software packages
- Excellent communication, organisation, planning, problem solving and teamwork skills
