Salary: 37,000 - 42,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, working alongside experienced project managers and senior quantity surveyors on a diverse range of construction projects. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account, gaining valuable experience across all aspects of quantity surveying while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
General Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate and timely commercial information, reports and advice to clients, project teams and senior management.
- Support Project Managers and senior commercial staff in the day-to-day management and successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure project deadlines are achieved and regularly report progress to senior team members.
- Prepare professional documentation and reports in line with company standards.
- Attend client, contractor and internal meetings, taking accurate minutes where required.
- Carry out site visits and inspections as part of project delivery.
