Role Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced Pipefitters to work on a major new build power generation project in London. This is a long-term opportunity (12–18 months) offering consistent hours, competitive rates, and additional allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, fabrication, and fitting of carbon and stainless steel pipework
- Working from isometric drawings and technical schematics
- Assembly and installation of pipe systems, supports, and associated components
- Use of hand tools and mechanical equipment in line with site standards
- Working to strict health & safety regulations on a live construction site
- Liaising with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Time-served Pipefitter with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3)
- Proven experience working on industrial projects (power generation experience highly advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings
- Valid CCNSG/ACE card
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Right to work in the UK
