Job Role: Integrate Engineering Resources is recruiting for an HSE Manager on behalf of our client, a market leader in the industrial services sector, to be based from Scunthorpe and will involve travel to sites nationwide and overseas. The role will include responsibility for developing and implementing organizational safety programs, reviewing and updating company HSE policies and conducting risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.

Typical duties generally include:

  • Supporting the Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue, Organization roles and responsibilities concerning safety aspects and HSE Management System.
  • Implementing, updating, reviewing and auditing of the company HSE Systems.
  • Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Health, Safety and Environment system procedures and updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives.
  • Assisting the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
  • Conducting safety audits both internal and external.
  • Taking part in accident / incident investigation.
