Overview: Integrate Engineering Resources are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with mechanical installation on a large industrial site. The successful candidate will support site operations through the safe and efficient movement of materials, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and assisting trades as required. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move, load, and unload materials and equipment around the site
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general duties as directed
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure access routes are clear and safe
- Use basic hand tools and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Help with setting up work areas and tidying up at the end of the shift
- Follow site safety procedures and adhere to Health & Safety standards at all times
- Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
Requirements:
- CSCS card
- Previous experience on a construction site preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instruction
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
