Responsibilities
- Our client has a requirement for Plater / Welders for a shutdown on a cement plant in Dunbar, Scotland from Mon 6th Jan for a 2 week shutdown.
- Duties will include:
- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
- MMA welding on mild steel plate
Requirements
- CCNSG card
- Confined Space Entry certificate an advantage
- Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
