Pipefitter – Industrial New Build Project
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 6-9 Month Contract
Hours: 11 Day Fortnight | 10 Hours Per Day
Rates: Paid in line with Blue Book Agreement
- Basic Pay: £23.45 per hour + holidays
- OT1: £32.83 per hour
- OT2: £42.21 per hour
- Accommodation: £53.39 per day or hotel provided
- Bonus: £2.37 per hour
- Travel Fare: £2757.45 per week - 70 hour working week - inc lodge and bonus
Our client is currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a long-term industrial new build project based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project with consistent hours and long-term work available.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of carbon and stainless steel pipework systems
- Reading and interpreting isometric drawings and P&IDs
- Fabrication, fitting, and assembly of industrial pipework
- Working to site specifications and health & safety standards
- Assisting with pressure testing and commissioning activities
- Working closely with welders, supervisors, and other trades on site
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting or equivalent qualification
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport / ACE Card
- Proven experience working on industrial new build projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
Details:
- 10-hour shifts
- 11-day fortnight rotation
