Pipefitter – Industrial New Build Project

Location: Hertfordshire

Duration: 6-9 Month Contract

Hours: 11 Day Fortnight | 10 Hours Per Day

Rates: Paid in line with Blue Book Agreement

  • Basic Pay: £23.45 per hour + holidays
  • OT1: £32.83 per hour
  • OT2: £42.21 per hour
  • Accommodation: £53.39 per day or hotel provided
  • Bonus: £2.37 per hour
  • Travel Fare: £2757.45 per week - 70 hour working week - inc lodge and bonus

Our client is currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a long-term industrial new build project based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project with consistent hours and long-term work available.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of carbon and stainless steel pipework systems
  • Reading and interpreting isometric drawings and P&IDs
  • Fabrication, fitting, and assembly of industrial pipework
  • Working to site specifications and health & safety standards
  • Assisting with pressure testing and commissioning activities
  • Working closely with welders, supervisors, and other trades on site

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting or equivalent qualification
  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport / ACE Card
  • Proven experience working on industrial new build projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures

Details:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • 11-day fortnight rotation
  • Long-term contract opportunity (12–18 months)
  • Rates paid in line with Blue Book Agreement
