The Role: Our client is a key contributor to the civils works in relation to the UK's largest Infrastructure project in Birmingham. Currently searching for a Works Manager to join the team for a period of 24 months. As a Civils Works Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the construction and execution of a major infrastructure civils project. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of the project within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with the end user client and reporting back to the Construction Management team of the subcontractor, to ensure smooth progress throughout the project duration.
Requirements:
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Site Safety Plus accredited with the CITB
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management from an accredited learning provider.
- Managers Construction Skills Certification Scheme (Black CSCS Card)
- Able to act as a Temporary Works Co-ordinator and Temporary Works Supervisor in line with the requirements of CDM Regulations 2015.
