Overview
Discipline: Site Manager – Anglian Water (Clean Water Civils & Pipelines)
Location: Based from Biggleswade, Bedfordshire and surrounding Anglian Water regions
Starting: Immediate (TTP)
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) = 8 hours per day
PAYE Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a clean water civils and pipeline project across the Anglian Water region.
- The role will involve managing site-based operations delivering clean water infrastructure works including mains replacement, pipelaying, excavations, reinstatement, and associated civils works.
- Supervise site teams, coordinate daily site activities, ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
- Maintain strong client-facing communication with Anglian Water and wider project stakeholders.
- This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership on live water infrastructure environments.
Qualifications Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
- Safety Critical Medical
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in clean water, utilities, or infrastructure civils
- IT Literate
Desirable:
- NRSWA (Streetworks)
- Experience in pipeline installation / mains laying
