PAYE Pay Rates:

  • NAECI Blue Book Grade 5 Basic - £22.44 plus holiday pay
  • OT1 - £31.42
  • OT2 - £40.39
  • Bonus - £2.37 per hour

The Role: We are currently recruiting experienced Riggers for maintenance works at a chemicals site in South Wales. This role will involve working on shutdowns, heavy lifts, and plant support activities.

  • Rigging, slinging, and moving heavy plant equipment and components
  • Working as part of a team to complete shutdown maintenance safely and efficiently
  • Interpreting lift plans and executing lifting operations under Appointed Person direction
  • Working in line with site-specific health and safety procedures
  • Collaborating with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth operation of maintenance tasks
  • Dismantling and installation of mechanical plant items
