Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Maidstone and south east area
Start date: Immediate
Salary: 35-45k dependant on experience + excellent benefits
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager on behalf of our client, a market leader in water treatment sector. Reporting into the Maidstone regional office, the role will involve visiting water treatment sites in the Southern Water framework across the south east region. Duties will include:
-Management of staff and subcontractors working on assigned projects
-Creation and management of the appropriate Project Documentation
-Control project expenditure
-Close liaison and management of the client and other stakeholders
-Work within a monthly project reporting structure.
-Proactively manage the impact on and protection of the environment
-Effectively manage the O&M outputs of the projects and to programme deadlines
Requirements:
-Project experience within water, construction or industrial industries
-APM – Willingness to undertake Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)
-Excellent client engagement and communication skills
-Knowledge of health & safety legislation and company procedures
-Experience in using planning software such as Microsoft Project
-Full UK driving license; driving to client sites will be part of this role.
-Appropriate trade qualification (desirable)
-Previous experience within the water industry (desirable)
