The Client is one of the UK's largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
The Role involves working on a residential apartment block. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pipefitting, completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas.
Prior experience working with the following is essential:
- Drilling 40mm holes through existing walls
- Fitting timber batons for encasement
- Fixing pipe supports and pipework
- Air testing pipe and fitting insulation
- Fitting encasement covers
Required Experience includes:
- Fitting Crimp-fit Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
- Thermal Pipework Insulation Kingspan Kooltherm
All persons must have a CSCS with trade.
