The Client:
One of the UKs largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
The Role:
Working on a residential apartment block, the ideal candidate will have a background in managing and supervising small mechanical teams (Circa 4-6 Pipefitters), completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas.
Prior experience working with the below is essential:
- Supervise the mechanical team
- Report back to Project Managers with progress daily
- Take control of quality
- Coordinate materials, plant and tooling
- Complete Air Testing of all implemented pipework
- Supervise all aspects of Drilling, fitting incasement covers, check pipe supports and pipework installation
Required Experience:
- Fitting Crimp-fit Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
- Thermal Pipework Insulation Kingspan Kooltherm
All Person Must Have:
- Mechanical Supervisory background
- SSSTS
- CSCS with trade
