Hours: Full-Time

PAYE Pay Rates: £65k per annum

The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Site Agent on a permanent basis for a leading MEICA contractor within the Water / Wastewater sector based in Telford with travel to UK sites/offices. Duties will include overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Reviewing project progress
  • Identifying risks and opportunities
  • Supporting commercial teams with cost/value analysis
  • Liaising with clients/designers/project managers
  • Managing RFI's / NCR's / TQ's
  • Maintaining HSEQ standards
  • Keeping accurate site records
  • Deputising for the Project / Contracts Manager where required

Requirements:

  • Level 6 in Construction Site Management or above
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Site Agent / Site Management role
  • Experience working on Water or Wastewater Treatment projects
  • Strong knowledge of civils and mechanical works within the water industry
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and management systems
  • Experience managing labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Desirable:

  • CSCS Black Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Temporary Works Co-Ordinator (TWC)
  • Experience under NEC4 contracts
  • Knowledge of MS Project / Asta Powerproject / Primavera P6
  • MEICA project experience
  • Strong planning / programme management background
