Position: Plater Welder
Location: Ketton, Northampton
Hours: 12hr shifts, Mon-Sun
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6-8 weeks
PAYE Pay Rates:
- Basic Days: £20.73/hr
- Basic Nights: £26.22/hr
- O/T 1: £29.02/hr
- O/T 2: £37.32/hr

The Role: Our client has a requirement for Plater Welders for a shutdown on a cement plant in Ketton for an immediate start till 26th Jan on Days, followed by Buxton cement from 2nd till 20th Feb on Nights.
Duties will include:
- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Repairing heat distorted steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
- MMA welding on mild steel plate
Essential Requirements:
- CCNSG card
- MP Connect card (or be willing to register)
- Experience of working on large industrial sites (cement, power, refinery, steel)
