Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a busy construction project for a 10–12 week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable professional to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Resolve any on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Valid Black CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations
