We are currently recruiting an experienced Duct Fitting Supervisor for a long-term project based in Cardiff.
Role Details
- Position: Duct Fitting Supervisor
- Location: Cardiff
- Duration: 9 months
- Start Date: 02/02/2026
- PAYE Rate: £28.70 per hour (basic hours)
Responsibilities
- Supervising duct fitting teams on site
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications
- Coordinating labour and materials to meet programme deadlines
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Liaising with site management and other trades
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitting Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation
- Ability to manage teams and workloads effectively
- Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
- Good communication and organisational skills
