The Role: Integrate Resources Group are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a delivery team working on the Anglian Water Framework across AMP8. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, leading them from early design stages through to successful handover. This is a hands-on role with full commercial accountability (P&L), requiring strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, programme delivery, and financial performance.
Key Duties:
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex civil and pipeline projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Own the project programme, risk register, budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Provide visible Health & Safety leadership, championing a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Drive commercial performance, including variation management, cost control, and early intervention on underperforming elements.
- Support tendering, business development, and client account growth activities.
- Mentor and develop project team members while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within the Water Industry (essential)
- Strong civil engineering, pipeline, or utilities construction background
- Extensive hands-on experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
- Demonstrable commercial and contract management experience, including P&L responsibility
- NEC3/NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation or APM qualification (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card (appropriate level)

- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- EUSR
- SMSTS
- APM PMQ / PMF
