Position: Pipe Fitters
Duration: 3-6 Months
PAYE Rates
- Basic: £23.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
- OT1: £34.50 per hour (including holiday pay)
- OT2: £46.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Lodge Allowance: £60.00 per day worked
Hours: 60-72 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join our busy workshop team in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with a reputable engineering and fabrication company.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install pipework within a workshop environment
- Work from isometric drawings and engineering specifications
- Cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipe systems
- Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter (workshop experience essential)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of pipe fabrication methods and techniques
- Valid trade certificates or completed apprenticeship (preferred)
- Strong Health & Safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices
