AsaFieldServiceEngineer,youwillplayacrucialroleinensuringthefunctionalityandreliabilityofIntegra'smedicaldevices.Youwillworkcloselywithhospitals,healthcareprofessionals,andinternalteamstodiagnose,repair,andmaintainequipment,providingexceptionaltechnicalsupport.Thisrolerequiresfrequenttraveltohospitalsitesandoccasionalovernightstays.

KeyResponsibilities
- Traveltohospitalstoperformtesting,maintenance,andrepairsonIntegraproducts.
- Diagnoseandresolveequipmentissues,ensuringtop-qualityperformance.
- Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandthesalesteam,troubleshootingproduct-relatedconcerns.
- ObserveIntegraproductsinsurgicalenvironmentstoassessequipmentusageandpotentialissues.
- Installmodificationstoimprovesafetyandperformance.
- Maintaininventorylevelsandmanagecalibrationschedulesforequipment.
- DocumentrepairsandserviceactivitiesaccuratelyfollowingGoodDocumentationPractices.
- Presentaprofessionalandcustomer-focusedimageatalltimes.
- Collaboratewithinternalteamstosharetechnicalinsightsandimproveservicequality

EssentialQualifications&Experience
- Technicaldegreeorequivalentcollegecredits.

- AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish
