We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe. If you are excited to work closely with some of the biggest companies in the world and in a high profile position such as that of a Technical Account Manager where you are the main technical go-to person, then the TAM role at IAS is the place for you!

Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escape appropriately when necessary. On a daily basis, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, and provide a solution, and escape to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary. We are looking for critical thinkers who are keen to ensure our customers succeed!

Internally, you will also be relied upon heavily by all departments to provide in-depth updates and insights on the clients from a technology perspective, working closely with all departments such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, etc. You will also provide High Touch consultative technical services and solutions to our most premium clients.

You should apply if you have most of this:

  • 3 to 5+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
  • Previous experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags
  • Previous experience working with APIs and SDKs
  • Critical thinking and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies
  • Experience working with publishers and publisher ad servers
  • Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple competing priorities
  • Fluency in English
