Integral is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of managed properties, ensuring best-practice facilities services in line with client objectives. You will report to Senior Facilities Managers and may lead assistants, collaborating with various PAM teams to deliver exceptional occupier experiences.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, FM and health & safety knowledge, and hands-on delivery of budgets, procurement, and contractor performance across a portfolio.
