About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Paddington area. This is a hands‑on supervisory role overseeing evening cleaning operations across our site.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory cleaning role
- Demonstrated experience operating carpet cleaning machines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in commercial or office cleaning environments
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the evening cleaning team
- Operate carpet cleaning machinery as part of regular maintenance schedules
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
- Monitor stock levels and report maintenance issues
- Maintain health and safety compliance
