The Role
To implement the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels. To support other team members and their tasks and that they are programmed and carried out effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- To liaise with the Contract support team, Controller of work, Engineering team dealing with day-to-day engineering.
