Integral UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an exciting role at 78 St James Street. The successful candidate would be responsible for the day to day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities including but not limited to the statutory position of the property inclusive of the reporting on any issues identified by client consultants or insurers on the Riskwise or Vantify systems.
The Supervisor will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Contract Delivery Manager and deputise for him in his absence as well as forging a close relationship with the General Manager for the property and the soft services teams.
Role Requirements:- Experience working with Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP) systems, including hands-on application in operational environments.
- Proven experience in the maintenance, operation, or installation of cooling towers, with a strong understanding of associated systems and processes.
- Demonstrable awareness of Legionella control (L8) standards, with at least 2 years of practical experience applying these principles in a relevant setting.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS), with a minimum of 2 years' experience using BMS software for monitoring and controlling building systems.
- Electrically biased with strong knowledge of mechanical / HVAC systems.
- Experience required of working in high profile properties.
- Understanding of SFG20.
- Confined space awareness.
- Qualifications appropriate to requirements of role.
- Ensure that all Integral and Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to on site, referring conflicts outside of our Safe Systems of Work to the Contract Manager where necessary.
- Lend support to the Contract Administrator to plan the PPM labour inclusive of out of hours working, schedule any reactive tasks and ensure the effective completion of all maintenance work on site, either through colleagues or sub-contractors inclusive of management of RAMS and Permits to Work.
- Ensure that servicing records are any recommendations from servicing are picked up and addressed.
- Work to agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken where necessary as laid down in the quality manual.
- Provide technical support to team.
- Preparation of quotations for additional works where required.
- Supervision of additional works on site ensuring full compliance with the appropriate site requirements and Permit to Work process.
- Carry out regular site audits ensuring any exceptions found are resolved.
- Ensure best purchasing practice using the companies' nominated suppliers.
- Comply with Integral's Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, as detailed in the site plans.
- Deputise for CDM in KPI meetings or similar if required.
- Attend monthly WIP meetings to gain an understanding of the financial aspects of the contract as part of career development.
- Complete any other associated task or reasonable request by the CDM.
