We are looking for an Engineering Services Manager to join our award-winning team based in the City of London.

Reporting to the UK Engineering Lead, you will be working an excellently maintained and serviced listed building.

Your role will be :-

  • To manage and ensure the compliant delivery of all Engineering services in line with JLL's Statement of work and delivery methods.
  • To manage and ensure Playbook and compliance delivery and reporting in line with contractual Matrix.
  • To manage all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements.

Take the technical advisor role in small works / minor projects, with monitoring and governance of both aspects.
