JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way . Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join JLL Design's London studio and help lead the next wave of workplace projects for some of the world's most recognisable occupiers. You'll be part of a fast-growing, consultancy-led team delivering commercial workplace interiors from concept through to completion - working on high-profile, high-complexity projects that demand real design ambition and technical rigour. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who wants to lead, not just contribute. You'll take real ownership of projects, mentor designers coming up behind you, and help shape how our studio delivers workplace design across London and beyond. The Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll lead workplace projects from early concept through to site delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to bring ambitious commercial interiors to life. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one - leading client conversations, shaping design proposals, and guiding junior designers through their own development. You'll work across a portfolio of consultancy-led projects for major corporate occupiers, giving you exposure to the kind of scale, pace and client sophistication that comes with delivering for blue-chip brands in one of the world's most competitive design markets. What You'll Be Doing Design & Delivery Lead workplace interior projects from concept design through to completion, including tender, construction and site delivery stages. Develop and coordinate design solutions that are creative, technically robust and commercially sound. Develop design proposals alongside senior team members - concept ideas, layouts, finishes, materials and furniture for presentation to clients.
