Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Head of Bewonder*. This role will contribute to Bewonder's growth strategy and to be the driving force and shining light behind the implementation of that strategy. And to do so by leading by example, setting the highest of standards and being true to Bewonder's values.
Bewonder* is a creative consultancy that connects people and place through a range of services including Customer Experience, Digital, Placemaking, Wayfinding, Marketing and Communications. At its heart is it's proposition - Just Imagine - this is a promise to both clients and the team, a promise which must be kept.
Bearing this in mind, the role is required to ensure we deliver exceptional and effective creative solutions backed up by a best-in-class client experience.
The successful candidate will be an authentic leader who is also a natural collaborator. The role will require an enthusiastic, passionate, and forward-thinking individual who will strive for excellence in everything we do. The role will report directly to the Head of Clients - PAM UK and will also work very closely with wider PAM and JLL stakeholders.
You will enjoy working strategically with clients, inspiring a team, and creating a culture of growth, creativity and high performance. You will understand that a core part of this role is the need to win new work and actively engage, interact with, and target new clients.
We are looking for an exceptional and highly regarded individual who can drive Bewonder* forward by leading the growth strategy, team, quality of output, clients and commercial performance.
