What this job involves:
As a Project Manager at JLL in Derby, England, you will lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams locally and across our UK offices, embracing innovative ways of working to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our clients' expectations, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for UK-based projects
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within JLL
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with UK market expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions tailored to UK regulations
- Monitor project progress and performance, making data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in project management within the UK real estate or construction industry
