Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager Location: London Core Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 17:00pm Role Purpose: Integral UK is seeking a dedicated and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment across various sites within the portfolio. The successful candidate will be from a technical background with solid industry experience to be able to support the requirements of the role. They will have strong knowledge of compliance standards, SFG20 guidelines, industry best practices and building safety requirements. The candidate be required to have excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement effective compliance management systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and resilience across the portfolio. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards within the building services industry. Conduct regular audits and inspections of our facilities, equipment, and operations to identify any compliance gaps or areas for improvement.
