Position Concept
JLL are currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 20/22 Ropemaker Street, a new build, high rise property located in the Moorgate area. You will play a pivotal role within this contract by championing SMART building technologies and supporting the wider team with a "one team ethos" while ensuring we deliver our contractual obligations and deliver excellence through the exciting journey of this innovative building. The BMS Engineer role is varied and offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of building technology innovation. This position requires the operative to develop an in-depth understanding of the BMS Tridium head end system and DesOps, while driving IoT solutions, building efficiency initiatives, and supporting our commitment to sustainability and wellness standards including WELL and BREEAM certifications.
Key Tasks Duties to include:
- Champion and optimize the BMS Tridium head end system to maximize building performance and efficiency
- Work with project teams to aid the installation, commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of SMART building technologies and IoT solutions
- Provide detailed energy reports and analysis to support building efficiency objectives and ESG commitments
