About the role We're looking for an Associate Director to join our Workplace Consulting team.
In this role, you'll help clients navigate change - working alongside them to understand their challenges, shape practical solutions, and support them through transitions that affect their people, their workplaces, and how their organisations operate.
This is a varied, client-facing role with real ownership.
You'll lead projects, build relationships, and bring structured thinking to complex problems - all within a collaborative and supportive team.
