Working as part of a small, growing team to schedule and coordinate sprinkler & fire pump remedial works, varying from small jobs to some larger projects.
What you will be doing:
- Raising remedial jobs
- Coordinating with multiple suppliers, subcontractors and in house engineers
- Raising PO's/Ordering parts, hiring plant and instructing subcontractors
- Organising paperwork from engineers & subcontractors to ensure smooth processing of invoicing
- Liaising with clients to schedule works, schedule deliveries of materials and plant
- Issuing RAMS
- Keeping track of quote logs, work log tracker & engineers diaries
What we will need from you:
- Experience within the Fire & Security sector performing a similar role (essential)
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS Office packages (essential)
- Experience of Corrigo (desirable)
- Strong communication skills (essential)
- Confident telephone manner with exemplary customer service aptitude (essential)
- Eager to work in a fast paced, busy, growing workplace (essential)
