We are looking for a Data Quality Controller to be part of the Data Management team.

What this job involves:

  • Review and interpret leases and other related documents.
  • Ensure the accurate transfer of the lease data into the management database, in a timely manner and within the service level agreement (measured by KPI).
  • Review data input from other team members to guarantee the integrity of the dataset.
  • Liaise with other operational teams across the business.
  • Take full ownership of the Data Management process.
  • Ensure the continuous maintenance of the management database; participate in meetings with the management team on a regular basis to review the accuracy of the dataset and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all requests for tenant refunds are processed in accordance with JLL best practice processes and timeframe using the dedicated monitoring system.
  • Support with onboarding new team members.
  • Complete any other duties necessary to effectively ensure data quality across the business.

  • Ability to manage own workload effectively, prioritise and work to deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Able to apply good judgement, show initiative in taking action and ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong IT skills, including a good knowledge of MS Excel including formulas such as 'V-Lookup', 'X-Lookup', conditional formatting and creating pivot tables.
  • Experience of working with legal documentation.
  • Previous experience working within a data management environment.
  • Knowledge of property management accounting system; Yardi Voyager, MRI Horizon.
