We are seeking a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our residential valuation team. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and producing accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio of residential properties for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake site inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential properties including houses, flats, new build developments, and portfolio valuations.
  • Provide market analysis and commentary on local property trends, comparable evidence, and risk factors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes (Senior Surveyor level).
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and agreed turnaround times.
Essential Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified with proven residential valuation experience or similar work within the residential sector.
  • Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within your designated patch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
  • Registered Valuer status.
  • Proficient in Argus Developer or other appraisal software.

Location: On-site - Greater Manchester, GBR
