As part of our small, friendly UK Supplier Engagement Team, you will be operating within the interesting department of Finance Operations. This is not your standard finance role - it is a unique opportunity to be a key player between JLL, our global clients, and their Supply Partners.
Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
- Problem-solve financial queries and disputes.
- Handle client needs with excellent customer service skills.
- Work on transitions and operational projects.
- Monitor and safeguard accurate supplier / mandate / property data.
- Lead engaging internal client finance meetings.
- Manage legal documents and other escalated complications.
- Be involved with risk and compliance, process reviews and audits.
