Facilities Management Supervisor Position Overview
The Facilities Management Supervisor oversees daily building operations and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal facility performance, safety, and occupant satisfaction. This role manages maintenance teams, coordinates service delivery, and ensures compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance best practices
- Valid driver's license and ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Preferred: Professional certifications (CFM, FMA, or similar), HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing licenses, Experience with LEED or sustainability programs, Project management experience
