An individual with a broad building services experience background, preferably qualified in a trade, either fabric or technical, holding appropriate certification and qualifications for the role. Specific experience at a day-to-day operational level to suit the environment. Other than formally qualified, a person with the ability to deal with tasks that do not require formal qualifications, after instruction by an appropriately skilled person experienced in dealing with various building services issues that may cover:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Minor Mechanical and Electrical works
- Minor plumbing works
- Minor buildings works
- Water hygiene maintenance
- And others as they arise, as this list is not exhaustive.
Responsibilities include carrying out the building services Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and Reactive Maintenance as directed by the Site CDM in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels. Use of tablet based CAFM.
